The winter chill has kept us all wrapped  up and in our cozy homes. One of our favorite weekend activities is going to vegan brunch at a favorite restaurant. However, with the chill in the air few want to venture out of their dining rooms for a tasty treat. What a perfect time to experiment your vegan brunch skills! Hollandaise sauce makes a perfect compliment to a Tofu Florentine or Benedict. So put on your aprons and stay in for brunch this weekend. The recipe also works great over veggies at dinnertime.
