<description>For an extremely in depth and detailed analysis of composting toilets, please review Marc Rosenbaum&#039;s review on www.buildinggreen.com:

http://www.buildinggreen.com/features/mr/waste.cfm

Treehugger is a more digestable and subjective resource. You can find out more about them on here:

http://www.treehugger.com/files/2005/03/the_hot_poop_on.php

and here:

http://www.treehugger.com/files/2007/05/forget_it_jake.php

And to be fair, a few negative reviews:

http://www.poopreport.com/BMnewswire/composting_toilets_bronx.html

http://mediaenvironment.wordpress.com/2008/03/01/disgusting-ways-to-save-the-environment/

Hope this helps! Good luck on making your informed decision.

<description>I work for an organization that&#039;s looking into the possibility of installing a composting toilet in our office-- more for the reason that this would be a cost-effective way to make our office accessible for a disabled employee than for the environmental benefits, but certainly the decreased footprint is a plus. Nonetheless, our staff are skeptical about the idea.

Do you have personal experience with composting toilets, or do you know anyone who would be willing to share their experience? We&#039;re looking for a candid point a view not found on the testimonial pages of vendor websites.</description>
