Personally, I feel if there was no other choice but paper or plastic, I would choose paper.Plastic is a petrolium bases product, although, the plastic industry has made some advancements using other products. Fact remains, plastic is not only hard to dispose of,it takes a long time to breakdown. Plus the "leeching" into what ever product is in the plastic container, specially food, can cause health problems. I am happy to see that there are people concerned and educationg others.
